CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 91-110 <br />RESOLUTION DENYING THE APPEAL OF TWYLA MURPHY <br />(CASE AP-91-4) THEBREBY UPHOLDING THE APPROVAL <br />OF CASE Z-91-74 AS CONDITIONED BY THE PLANNING <br />COMMISSION <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of June 12, 1991, the Planning Commission <br />approved Case Z-91-74, the application of CPS Pleasanton <br />One for design review approval to allow the installation <br />of a 65' tall pole on which would be mounted six 48" tall <br />by 14" sending and receiving antennas, one 4' diameter <br />roof-mounted microwave communication dish, and an 8' tall <br />masonry wall in the parking area of an existing office <br />and industrial building located at 4440 Willow Road (Lot <br />31B of the Hacienda Business Park); and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) <br />- I/C-O (Industrial/Commercial and Office) District; and <br />WHEREAS, within the time specified by the Pleasanton Municipal <br />Code, Twyla Murphy submitted an appeal to the City Clerk <br />of the City of Pleasanton; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held before the City Council on <br />July 16, 1991, at which time all pertinent testimony and <br />documents were reviewed; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1: The City Council denies the appeal of Twyla Murphy, <br />Case AP-91-4, thereby upholding Planning Commission <br />approval of Case Z-91-74, the application of CPS <br />Pleasanton one for design review approval to allow the <br />installation of a 65' tall pole on which would be mounted <br />six 48" tall by 14" sending and receiving antennas, one <br />4' diameter roof-mounted microwave communication dish, <br />and an 8' tall masonry wall in the parking area of an <br />existing office and industrial building located at 4440 <br />Willow Road (Lot 31B of the Hacienda Business Park), <br />subject to the attached conditions. <br />Section 2: The City Clerk shall forward a certified copy of this <br />resolution to the appellant with a notice that she has <br />ninety (90) days following the date of adoption of this <br />resolution in which to seek judicial review of this <br />action of the City Council. <br />
