CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 91-105 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION <br />FOR THE APPLICATION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />TO REZONE FIVE PARCELS TOTALLING 2.1 ACRES TO <br />THE R-1-10,000 DISTRICT, AS FILED UNDER CASE <br />RZ-91-1 <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of July 2, 1991, the City Council received <br />a proposed negative declaration for the application of <br />the City of Pleasanton, to rezone five parcels totalling <br />approximately 2.1 acres, located at 3655, 3683, 3731 <br />Vineyard Avenue and 495 Linden Way to the R-1-10,000 <br />District; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial <br />Study dated June 12, 1991 and received the <br />recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the <br />public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br />environmental impacts of the proposed rezoning; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in <br />accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines <br />governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and <br />Environmental Impact Reports; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed rezoning would <br />not have any significant adverse effects on the <br />environment; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council further finds that the proposed project <br />will have no potential for adverse impacts on the site's <br />wildlife; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />
