CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 91-100 <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING A 1991-92 INTERIM <br />OPERATING BUDGET <br />WHEREAS, the current fiscal year ends on June 30, 1991; and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed 1991-92 Operating Budget will not be <br />available for adoption prior to July 1, 1991; and <br />WHEREAS, the City would be without legal authority to spend after <br />July 1, 1991, without appropriation of funds; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1: Adopts a 1991-92 Interim Operating Budget in the amount <br />of the current 1990-91 Operating Budget, appropriating <br />funds accordingly. <br />Section 2: Directs staff to conduct normal operations under the <br />direction of the City Manager until a final 1991-92 <br />Operating budget is approved. <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON JUNE 18, 1991 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Mohr, Scribner, Tarver, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Butler <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />Michael H.
