Resolution No. 91-96 <br />Page Two <br />Wfg:RF.A~~ the early opening of the Hacienda Drive Interchange will <br />be beneficial to the freeway traffic and relieve the <br />traffic congestion in the surrounding areas; and <br />WHEREAS, the plan map attached hereto marked "Revised Exhibit A" <br />has been prepared by the Department of Transportation <br />showing the amendment to said Freeway Agreement allowing <br />the Hacienda Drive Interchange to open for traffic in <br />June 1991; and <br />WHEREAS, the State of California, through its Department of <br />Transportation, requests that the City approve said <br />amendment as shown on the attached map marked "Revised <br />Exhibit A" by Resolution. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1: Approves the Amendment to said Freeway Agreement <br />dated June 6, 1989, to remove the notation shown of <br />Exhibit A map at Hacienda Drive Interchange so that the <br />Hacienda Drive Interchange can be allowed to open for <br />traffic in June 1991. <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON JUNE 18, 1991 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Mohr, Scribner, Tarver and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Butler <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />ATTEST: <br />Peg Ezi o <br />City Clerk <br />APPROVED AS TO FO <br />~~~~ <br />Michael H.
