CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 91 -95 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING MASTER AGREEMENT WITH THE <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF <br />TRANSPORTATION FOR SB300 FUNDING - NPID3 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1: The City Council approves the Master Agreement <br />between the City of Pleasanton and the State of <br />California Department of Transportation, regarding <br />receipt of "State -Local Partnership Program" (SB300) <br />funding, a copy of which is attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein by this reference. <br />Section 2: Authorizes the City Manager to execute the Master <br />Agreement and all subsequent agreements necessary for the <br />State's appropriation of funding. <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />HELD ON JUNE 18, 1991 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />Councilmembers - Mohr, Scribner, and Mayor Mercer <br />Councilmember Tarver <br />Councilmember Butler <br />None <br />REGULARLY <br />A MEETING <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br />APPROVED AS TO FO <br />Michael H.
