CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 91-93 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT TO 1990-91 <br />OPERATING BUDGET <br />WHEREAS, each quarter a report of financial condition is presented <br />to Council, which includes any staff recommendations for <br />budget amendments and technical corrections; and <br />WHEREAS, such a report (SR 91:207) was presented at the City <br />Council meeting of June 4, 1991; and <br />WHEREAS, the Lower Income Housing In Lieu Trust Fund was created <br />to provide funding for lower income housing; and <br />WHEREAS, the City has retained a Low Income Housing Consultant to <br />prepare a project concept. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1: Council hereby amends the 1990-91 Operating Budget by <br />reducing the General Fund budget by $100,000 and <br />increasing the Lower Income Housing In Lieu Trust Fund <br />budget accordingly, to reflect expenditures for the Low <br />Income Housing Consultant. <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON JUNE 4, 1991 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Mohr, Scribner, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: Councilmember Tarver <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />APPROVED AS TO FO <br />Michael H.
