CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 91-88 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A MITIGATED NEGATIVE <br />DECLARATION FOR THE APPLICATION OF ROY <br />THOMPSON FOR REZONING AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br />APPROVAL AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-90-21 <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of June 4, 1991, the City Council received <br />a proposed mitigated negative declaration for the <br />application of Roy Thompson for a three lot single-family <br />custom home development on a 0.98 acre site and to rezone <br />the site from "A" (Agicultural) District to the PUD <br />(Planned Unit Development) - MDR (Medium Density <br />Residential) District, to be located at 6240 Sunol <br />Boulevard; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial <br />Study dated April 1, 1991 and received the <br />recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the <br />public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br />environmental impacts of the proposed rezoning and <br />development plan; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in <br />accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines <br />governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and <br />Environmental Impact Reports; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed rezoning and <br />development plan would not have any significant adverse <br />effects on the environment; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council further finds that the proposed project <br />will have no potential for adverse impacts on the site's <br />wildlife; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section l: Approves the Mitigated Negative Declaration for the <br />application of Roy Thompson for a three lot single-family <br />custom home development on a 0.98 acre site and to rezone <br />the site from "A" (Agicultural) District to the PUD <br />(Planned Unit Development) - MDR (Medium Density <br />Residential) District, to be located at 6240 Sunol <br />Boulevard. <br />
