CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 91-88 RESOLUTION APPROVING A MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR THE APPLICATION OF ROY THOMPSON FOR REZONING AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-90-21 WHEREAS, at its meeting of June 4, 1991, the City Council received a proposed mitigated negative declaration for the application of Roy Thompson for a three lot single-family custom home development on a 0.98 acre site and to rezone the site from "A" (Agicultural) District to the PUD (Planned Unit Development) - MDR (Medium Density Residential) District, to be located at 6240 Sunol Boulevard; and WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated April 1, 1991 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed rezoning and development plan; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed rezoning and development plan would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment; and WHEREAS, the City Council further finds that the proposed project will have no potential for adverse impacts on the site's wildlife; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section l: Approves the Mitigated Negative Declaration for the application of Roy Thompson for a three lot single-family custom home development on a 0.98 acre site and to rezone the site from "A" (Agicultural) District to the PUD (Planned Unit Development) - MDR (Medium Density Residential) District, to be located at 6240 Sunol Boulevard.
