CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 91-80 RESOLUTION CHANGING ALL CURRENT ONE-HOUR PARKING LIMITS IN THE DOWNTOWN AREA TO TWO- HOUR PARKING LIMITS, EXCEPT FOR 20....MINUTE PARKING ZONES AT APPROPRIATE CORNERS WHEREAS, on April 12, 1976, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 76-79 (A Resolution Establishing Traffic Regulations for city Streets); and WHEREAS, the city council has from time to time amended Resolution No. 76-79; and WHEREAS, at its meeting of May 21, 1991, the City council received and discussed a report from the Director of Public Works and utilities (SR 91:203) regarding parking time limits in the Downtown Area; and WHEREAS, it was determined to be necessary to amend Resolution No. 76-79 to convert current one-hour parking limits in the Downtown area to two-hour parking limits, with the exception of 20-minute parking zones on appropriate corners along Main Street; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Resolution No. 76-79 (A Resolution Establishing Traffic RegUlations for City Streets) is hereby amended by deleting the following subsections from Section 10 (One Hour Parking Zones): 10b-1 10d-1 10m-1 10m-2 10m-3 10m-4 10n-1 Bernal Avenue, on the northerly side of Bernal Avenue adjacent to the Veterans Building. Division Street, on the north side of Division Street from Main Street to Peters Avenue. Main Street, on the west side of Main Street from West Angela to the Del Valle Bridge. Main street, on the east side of Main Street from West Angela Street to the Del Valle Bridge. Main Street, on the west side of Main Street from West Angela Street to Old Bernal Avenue. Main Street, on the east side of Main Street from East Angela Street to Abbie Street. Neal Street, on the south side of Neal Street from Main Street to 113 feet east of Main Street.
