<br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 91-77 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />REPORT PREPARED AND FILED UNDER CASE <br />PUD-90-1S, SHAPELL INDUSTRIES, FOR BONDE RANCH <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Pleasanton provided <br />proper public notice of completion of the Draft <br />Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the proposed <br />project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the city of Pleasanton has accepted and responded to <br />comments to the Draft Environmental Impact Report from <br />public agencies having jurisdiction by law, persons <br />having special expertise with respect to any <br />env ironmental impact invol ved, and other persons or <br />organizations having an interest in the proposed proj ect; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Final Environmental Impact Report has been prepared <br />and contains the Draft Environmental Impact Report, <br />comments and recommendations received on the draft <br />Environmental Impact Report, and the responses of the <br />City of Pleasanton to significant environmental points <br />raised in the review and consultation process; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on May 21, 1991, <br />upon the Final Environmental Impact Report and upon the <br />completeness and adequacy of the entire EIR in disclosing <br />relevant environmental issues involved in the event the <br />proposed project is to be approved. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />section 1: Council finds, after having reviewed and considered <br />the material in the Environmental Impact Report, that the <br />Environmental Impact Report prepared is complete, <br />sufficient, and acceptable for the project proposed. <br /> <br />section 2: Council finds that the Environmental Impact Report <br />for the proposed proj ect has been completed in compl iance <br />with the California Environmental Quality Act, and state <br />and city guidelines. <br /> <br />section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />
