<br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 91-75 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT <br />WITH THE CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF <br />TRANSPORTATION FOR THE LANDSCAPING AT HACIENDA <br />DRIVE/SANTA RITA ROAD INTERCHANGES AT I-580 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council approves the Cooperative Agreement <br />between the city of Pleasanton and the California <br />Department of Transportation, regarding the landscaping <br />at the Hacienda Drive and Santa Rita Road Interchanges at <br />I-580, a copy of which is attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the City Manager to execute the above- <br />described agreement. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON MAY 21, 1991 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Butler, Mohr, Scribner, Tarver, and <br />Mayor Mercer <br />None <br />None <br />None <br /> <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />A7~:'f#i:j! <br /> <br />Michael H.
