CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 91-54 <br /> <br /> RESOI/JTION PROHIBITING PARKING ON PIMLICO <br /> DRIVE BETWEEN SANTA RITA ROAD AND BROCKTON <br /> DRIVE <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on April 12, 1976, the City Council adopted Resolution <br /> No. 76-79 (A Resolution Establishing Traffic Regulations <br /> for City Streets); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has from time to time amended Resolution <br /> No. 76-79; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at its meeting of April 2, 1991, the City Council <br /> received and discussed a report from the Director of <br /> Public Works and Utilities (SR 91:119) regarding <br /> prohibition of parking for vehicles in excess of twenty <br /> feet in length on Pimlico Drive between Santa Rita Road <br /> and Brockton Drive; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it was determined to be necessaryto amend Resolution No. <br /> 76-79 to add subsection 12p-l; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTONRESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Resolution No. 76-79 (A Resolution Establishing <br /> Traffic Regulations for City Streets) Section 12 (No <br /> Parking Zones for Vehicles in Excess of Twenty Feet in <br /> Length), by adding subsection 12p-1 to read as follows: <br /> <br /> 12p-1 Pimlico Drive, on both sides from Santa Rita <br /> Road to Brockton Drive (effective upon the <br /> completion of the reconstruction of the <br /> McDonald's Restaurant). <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON APRIL 2, 1991 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Mohr, Scribner, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: Councilmember Tarver <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> ATTEST: <br /> <br /> Peg~7~zid~, City Clerk <br /> <br />Michael H.
