CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 91-51 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION GRANTING THEAPPEAL (CASE AP-91-1) <br /> OF CURTIS BUILDERS TO DELETE A DESIGN REVIEW <br /> BOARD CONDITION OF APPROVAL OF CASE Z-90-554 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of February 12, 1991, the Design Review <br /> Board approved Case Z-90-554, the application of Curtis <br /> Builders for design review approval to construct a 5,138 <br /> sq. ft. single-family house in the Golden Eagle <br /> subdivision located at 1909 Toyon Court requiring the <br /> retention of six existing eucalyptus trees in conjunction <br /> with the development plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) <br /> - Low Density Residential; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, within the time specified by the Pleasanton Municipal <br /> Code, the applicant submitted an appeal to the City Clerk <br /> of the City of Pleasanton to delete Condition #7; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held before the City Council on <br /> April 2, 1991, at which time all pertinent testimony and <br /> documents were reviewed; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, projects of this nature are categorically exempt from the <br /> requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Grants the appeal of Curtis Builders (AP-91-1) and <br /> approves Case Z-90-554 amending Condition #7, which <br /> allows removal of four of the eucalyptus trees, but <br /> requires retention of the two healthy eucalyptus trees, <br /> in conjunction with the development of a 5,138 sq. ft. <br /> single-family house in the Golden Eagle Farm subdivision <br /> located at 1909 Toyon Court. <br /> <br /> <br />
