CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 91-41 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION REAPPOINTING A. RYANMCKEON, ROBERT <br /> J. SILVA, AND DENNISWINSLOWASMEMBERS OFT HE <br /> PARKANDRECREATIONCOMMISSION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, A. Ryan McKeon, Robert J. Silva, and Dennis Winslow were <br /> appointed to serve on the Park and Recreation Commission, <br /> and saidlterms expired on February 15, 1991; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, no others applied for appointment to the Park and <br /> Recreation Commission; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTONRESOLVES <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: A. Ryan McKeon and Robert J. Silva are hereby <br /> reappointed to the position of Regular Member of the Park <br /> and. Recreation Commission, which terms expire on <br /> February 15, 1995, or until such time as they are <br /> replaced. <br /> <br /> Section 2: Dennis Winslow is hereby reappointed to the position <br /> of Alternate Member of the Park and Recreation <br /> Commission, which term expires on February 15, 1995, or <br /> until such time as he is replaced. <br /> <br /> Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON MARCH 19, 1991 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Mohr, Scribner, Tarver, and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> ATTEST: <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO~~ Peggf/~zidro,~tity Clerk <br />Michael H.
