<br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF THREEHAND, LP/ <br />GREG REZNICK FOR PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL <br />AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-54 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Threehand, LP/Greg Reznick has applied for Planned Unit Development <br />(PUD) development plan approval to subdivide an approximately 20-acre <br />site located at 5 Windy Oaks, within the Vineyard Avenue Corridor <br />Specific Plan, into eight lots consisting of seven single- family lots for <br />custom homes and one lot for a City water tank; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD-HR/OS (Planned Unit Development- <br />Hillside Residential/Open Space) District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council determined that there were no changes to the <br />environmental circumstances and impacts from the time that it certified the <br />Environmental Impact Report for the Vineyard Avenue Corridor Specific <br />Plan Area in March 1999 that would affect the environmental document; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council received the Planning Commission's recommendations for <br />approval of development plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on June 6, 2006; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the development plan and site development <br />standards are consistent with the General Plan, the Vineyard Avenue <br />Corridor Specific Plan, and the purposes of the PUD ordinance. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Approves Case PUD-54, the application of Threehand, LP/Greg Reznick <br />for Planned Unit Development (PUD) development plan approval to <br />subdivide an approximately 20-acre site located at 5 Windy Oaks, within <br />the Vineyard Avenue Corridor Specific Plan, into eight lots consisting of <br />seven single-family lots for custom homes and one lot for a City water tank, <br /> <br />1 <br />
