<br />Commissioner Blank expressed concern about the statement regarding City Council <br />prioritization; he would not want this item to take months or years to get to City Council. He <br />was concerned about a potential conflict with the responsibilities of the Planning Commission to <br />recommend ordinances to the City Council for consideration. He believed it was time to hold a <br />public hearing, take testimony, and get it to the City Council. <br /> <br />Ms. Decker noted that staff resources were prioritized by the City Council.
