<br />$17,000 <br /> <br />$ 3,000 <br /> <br />$ 4,800 <br /> <br />Playground Surfacing -Wood Chip Mulch <br />This project is a continuation of Park Renovation Project #047031, which <br />provides funds for additional playground wood chip surfacing, as needed, <br />to the 52 playgrounds located throughout the park system. To comply with <br />Handbook for National Playground Safety Standards, adequate mulch depth <br />is required at all times to provide cushioning for falls. <br /> <br />Replacement of Median Irrigation Controller Units <br />This project is a continuation of Park Renovation Project #027011, begun <br />in 2002 to upgrade inefficient irrigation controllers located in the street <br />median areas. Proposed funding would supplement existing funding of <br />$5,900 to install new controller circuit boards at three (3) locations; <br />Hopyard Road at Arthur Drive, Parkside Drive, and Mohr A venue at Kamp <br />Drive. <br /> <br />Replacement ofIrrigation Backflow Insulation Covers <br />This project is a continuation of Park Renovation Project #047034, which <br />provides for the replacement of existing backflow insulation covers <br />damaged due to vandalism and exposure during cold weather periods. <br /> <br />$154,000 <br /> <br />Total <br />
