The plan calls for three left turn lanes
on Stoneridge and Santa Rita and three left turn lanes at Santa Rita and
Valley. This will only increase the amount of traffic in an already
heavily congested area. It will also encourage more traffic. With the
Home Depot retail center going in at Valley and Stanley, all the
surrounding roads will become impossible to travel on at various times
of daywithout great pain. The noise levels in homes that backup to
Valley and Santa Rita exceed allowed limits. I think something should
be done to reduce the traffic in the area of Santa Rita and Valley
rather than trying to encourage more traffic to drive on these roadways.

Sorry about the late notice but I've been out on vacation.

Hank Jones
925-872-6224

1
