CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 91-31 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION <br /> FOR THE APPLICATION OF JOSEPH W. C,.~T~, JR. <br /> FOR PUD REZONING AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL <br /> AN FILED UNDER CASE PUD-90-20 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of March 5, 1991, the City Council <br /> received a proposed negative declaration for the <br /> application of Joseph W. Callahan, Jr., for Planned Unit <br /> Development rezoning from the General Industrial <br /> District to the PUD (Planned Unit Development) - HDR <br /> (High Density Residential) District, and for development <br /> plan approval for the construction of 21 single-family <br /> detached dwelling units and 15 townhomes located at the <br /> southwest corner of Rheem Drive/Oakland Avenue <br /> intersection; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial <br /> Study dated December 14, 1990 and received the <br /> recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the <br /> public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br /> environmental impacts of the proposed rezoning and <br /> development plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in <br /> accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines <br /> governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and <br /> Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed rezoning and <br /> development plan would not have any significant adverse <br /> effects on the environment; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> <br />
