CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 91-27 RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 77-123 (A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING FEES AND CHARGES FOR VARIOUS MUNICIPAL SERVICES OF THE CITY OF PT~ASANTON) ESTABLISHING FEES FOR RECREATIONAL SERVICES WHEREAS, Resolution No. 77-123 (A Resolution Establishing Fees and Charges for Various Municipal Services) is the present repository for listing of fees and charges for the City of Pleasanton; and WHEREAS, at its meeting of March 5, 1991, the City Council received the staff report (SR 91:67) of the Director of Parks and Community Services recommending adoption of the updated fees for that department's activities; and WHEREAS, at its meeting of February 14, 1991, the Park and Recreation Commission approved the proposed fee schedule and made recommendations to Council; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTONRESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Fees and Charges Schedule attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. Section 2: Authorizes staff to adjust fees and charges for services and facilities for up to 20% of the approved fees and charges without resubmitting the change to the City Council. Section 3: Authorizes staff to provide new program/classes at a fee based on the cost of service or established guidelines and that fees for such programs or classes be submitted to the Council for approval within a one year period from initiation of the class or program. Section 4: Authorizes the Recreation Supervisors or Director of Parks and Community Services to continue to enter into contractual agreements for program services. Section 5: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
