CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 91-27 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 77-123 (A <br /> RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING FEES AND CHARGES FOR <br /> VARIOUS MUNICIPAL SERVICES OF THE CITY OF <br /> PT~ASANTON) ESTABLISHING FEES FOR RECREATIONAL <br /> SERVICES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Resolution No. 77-123 (A Resolution Establishing Fees and <br /> Charges for Various Municipal Services) is the present <br /> repository for listing of fees and charges for the City <br /> of Pleasanton; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of March 5, 1991, the City Council <br /> received the staff report (SR 91:67) of the Director of <br /> Parks and Community Services recommending adoption of the <br /> updated fees for that department's activities; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of February 14, 1991, the Park and <br /> Recreation Commission approved the proposed fee schedule <br /> and made recommendations to Council; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTONRESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the Fees and Charges Schedule attached <br /> hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes staff to adjust fees and charges for <br /> services and facilities for up to 20% of the approved <br /> fees and charges without resubmitting the change to the <br /> City Council. <br /> <br /> Section 3: Authorizes staff to provide new program/classes at a <br /> fee based on the cost of service or established <br /> guidelines and that fees for such programs or classes be <br /> submitted to the Council for approval within a one year <br /> period from initiation of the class or program. <br /> <br /> Section 4: Authorizes the Recreation Supervisors or Director of <br /> Parks and Community Services to continue to enter into <br /> contractual agreements for program services. <br /> <br /> Section 5: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
