CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 91-26 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT NUMBER 1 TO <br /> AGREEMENT FOR MAINTENANCE OF STATE HIGHWAYS IN <br /> THE CITY OF PT~ASANTON <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the State of California, through its Department of <br /> Transportation, has presented an Amendment No. 1 to the <br /> "Agreement for Maintenance of the State Highways in the <br /> City of Pleasanton", dated February 6, 1990; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has read Amendment No. 1 in full and is <br /> familiar with the contents thereof; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council approves Amendment No. 1 to the <br /> Agreement for Maintenance of State Highways in the City <br /> of Pleasanton, dated February 6, 1990. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the City Manager to execute the above- <br /> described agreement. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON MARCH 5, 1991 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Mohr, Scribner, Tarver, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Butler <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> A~T~~,~~ ' ~ . <br />APPROVED AS TO~ Pegg ~'~ <br /> <br />Michael H.
