CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 91-25 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF PLRASANTON ESTABLISHING A SCHEDULE OF <br /> DUBIN SAN RAMON SERVICES DISTRICT SEWER <br /> CONNECTION FEES. <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1: The Fees and Charges Appendix of the Pleasanton <br /> Municipal Code is hereby amended by adding Section IV <br /> entitled "Dublin San Ramon Services District Sewer <br /> Connection Fees," to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "IV. Dublin San Ramon Services District Sewer <br /> Connection Fees. <br /> <br /> A. Each single-family dwelling unit shall pay a <br /> connection fee of three thousand three <br /> hundred dollars; <br /> <br /> B. Each secondary dwelling unit shall pay a <br /> connection fee of two thousand three hundred <br /> dollars; <br /> <br /> C. All other users shall be assessed a <br /> connection fee based on average day peak <br /> month flow, BOD and SS to be discharged to <br /> the sewer system as follows: <br /> <br /> Peak Month Unit Cost <br /> <br /> Flow (gallon/day) $ 10.80 <br /> BOD (lb/day) 1,414.29 <br /> SS (lb/day) 733.33" <br /> <br /> <br />
