91094197 CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 91-05 RESOLUTION VACATING PORTIONS OF BERNAL AVENUE, DEL VAT.T.R PARKWAY, STANLEY BOULEVARD, AND UTAH STREET WHEREAS, on January 8, 1991, the City Council received -a staff report recommending a vacation of portions of Bernal Avenue, Del Valle Parkway, Stanley Boulevard and utah street, more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein; and WHEREAS, the vacated portions of Bernal Avenue, Del Valle Parkway, Stanley Boulevard and Utah Street are no longer needed for present or future street use due to relocation of said streets; and WHEREAS, access will not be cut off to any person's property which, prior to relocation, adjoined the street vacated; and WHEREAS, no public service easements shall be terminated as a result of the proposed vacation. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Pursuant to Chapter 4, Streets and Highway Code, and based upon the findings stated above establishing the relocation of portions of Bernal Avenue, Del Valle Parkway, Stanley Boulevard and Utah Street in the manner meeting the requirements of Section 8335 of the Streets and Highway Code, that portion of Bernal Avenue, Del Valle Parkway, Stanley Boulevard and Utah Street described in Exhibit "A" is hereby vacated. Section 2: That from and after the date this resolution is recorded, the vacated portions of Bernal Avenue, Del Valle Parkway, Stanley Boulevard and Utah Street described in Exhibit "A" are no longer needed for street use. Section 3: The City Clerk shall cause a certified copy of this resolution of vacation to be recorded in the office of the Alameda County Recorder.
