91094196 <br /> <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 91-04 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION VACATING WELLSITEEASEMENTLOCATED <br /> AT 4593 DEL VAT~ PARKWAY AND AUTHORIZING <br /> EXECUTION OF QUIT CLAIM DEED <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on January 8, 1991, the City Council received a staff <br /> report recommending vacation of a well site easement <br /> located at 4593 Del Valle Parkway, more particularly <br /> described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and bylthis <br /> reference incorporated herein; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the well no longer exists and was abandoned more than <br /> five consecutive years immediately preceding this <br /> vacation. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PT.F-ASANTONRESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Pursuant to Chapter 4, Streets and Highways Code, <br /> and based upon the findings stated above establishing the <br /> easement has not been used for more than five years in <br /> the manner meeting the requirements of Section 8333 of <br /> the Streets and Highways Code, that well easement located <br /> at 4593 Del Valle Parkway, described in Exhibit "A" is <br /> hereby vacated. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the Mayor to execute a Quit Claim Deed <br /> from the City of Pleasanton to Michael A.
