CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 91-02 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 77-123 (A <br /> RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING FEES AND CHARGES FOR <br /> VARIOUS MUNICIPAL SERVICES OF THE CITY OF <br /> PT~ASANTON) ESTABLISHING FEES FOR CEQA REVIEW <br /> PURSUE TO FISH ANDGAME CODE §711.4 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Resolution No. 77-123 (A Resolution Establishing Fees and <br /> Charges for Various Municipal Services) is the present <br /> repository for listing of fees and charges for the City <br /> of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Resolution No. 77-123 (A Resolution Establishing Fees <br /> and Charges for Various Municipal Services) is amended by <br /> adding the following subsection: <br /> <br /> Paragraph II. Housinq and Community Development <br /> <br /> (A - B, no change). <br /> <br /> C. Planning Division <br /> <br /> (1 - 27, no change). <br /> <br /> 28. Filing Fees for Private Development - Fee shall be <br /> as provided in California Fish and Game Code, <br /> §711.4(d) and (3) as may be amended from time to <br /> time, plus any documentary handling fee as imposed <br /> by Alameda County., <br /> <br /> * Currently the fee is $1,250 for projects which have a negative <br /> declaration and $850 for projects with environmental impact <br /> reports; the documentary handling fee is $25. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
