ENGINEER'S REPORT <br /> LANDSCAPE AND LIGHTING MAINTENANCE DISTRICT NO. 1994-1 <br /> ANNEXATION NO. 1999-1 <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON, ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />CENTER LINE LAND SURVEYING, INC., Engineer for Landscape and Lighting <br />Maintenance District No. 1994-1, Annexation 1999-1, City of Pleasanton, Alameda <br />County, California, makes this Report, as directed by the City Council, pursuant to <br />Section 22585 of the Streets and Highways Code (Landscaping and Lighting Act of <br />1972). <br /> <br />The improvements, which are subject of this Report, are briefly described as follows: <br /> <br /> Landscaping, including trees, shrubs, groundcover and irrigation system, all as <br /> delineated on the landscape and irrigation plans for Tract 6748 prepared by <br /> Thompson & Merrill Landscape Architects. <br /> <br /> Said improvements are within the following areas: (see attached diagram A) <br /> <br /> a. A 30' wide + scenic easement area along the frontage of Foothill Road on lots <br /> 1-6A. Included in this easement are planrings and an irrigation system, which <br /> need to be maintained. There is a wooden post and rail fence on the eastern <br /> line of said lots, which will require periodic painting. <br /> <br /> b. A 110' wide scenic easement perpendicular to Foothill Road centered on the <br /> property line between lots 3 and 4. Included in this easement are native <br /> grasses, which need to be maintained. <br /> <br /> c. A 30' wide strip along the northern property line of lot 10 and along the <br /> southern property line of lot 14. Included in this easement are native grasses, <br /> which need to be maintained. <br /> <br /> d. On lots 1,12 andl3 there is a wooden post and rail fence, which will require <br /> periodic painting. Also included between this fence and the curb at Oak Tree <br /> Farm Drive is a strip of land which needs to be maintained. <br /> <br /> e. A 20' wide emergency vehicle access easement at the north side of lot 6B <br /> needs to be maintained and kept clear. <br /> <br /> f. The street lighting will also need to be maintained. <br /> <br /> g. Including all improvements described in the Engineer's Report for Oak Tree <br /> Farm Landscape and Lighting Maintenance District 1994-1. <br /> <br /> <br />
