CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 92-36 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 76-79 <br /> (ESTABLISHING TRAFFIC REGULATIONS FOR CITY <br /> STREETS) BY AMENDING SECTION 3 TO ADD A THREE- <br /> WAY STOP AT BLACKBIRDANDWI~OWREN WAY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on April 12, 1976, the City Council adopted Resolution <br /> No. 76-79 (A Resolution Establishing Traffic Regulations <br /> for City Streets); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has from time to time amended Resolution <br /> No. 76-79; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of February 4, 1992, the City Council <br /> received and discussed a report from the Director of <br /> Public Works and Utilities (SR 92:63) related to a <br /> request for a three-way stop at the intersection of <br /> Blackbird Drive and Willowren Way; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it was determined to be necessaryto amend Resolution No. <br /> 76-79 to add subsections 3b-10 and 3w-8; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Resolution No. 76-79 (A Resolution Establishing <br /> Traffic Regulations for City Streets) is hereby amended <br /> by adding subsections 3b-10 and 3w-8 to Section 3 to read <br /> as follows: <br /> <br /> "3b-10 Blackbird Drive, at Willowren Way, stopping <br /> traffic on Blackbird Drive in both directions. <br /> <br /> 3w-8 Willowren Way, at Blackbird Drive; stopping <br /> traffic on Willowten Way." <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON FEBRUARY 4, 1992 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Scribner, Tarver, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: Councilmembers - Butler and Mohr <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Michael H.
