CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 92-35 RESOLUTION CERTIFYING THE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT PREPARED FOR THE CITY OF PT~ASANTON REGARDING THE NORTH SYCAMORE AREA, AS FIleD UNDER CASE GP-91-7/SP-88-6 WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has applied for a General Plan Amendment and a Specific Plan for the "North Sycamore Area", a 135-acre site located generally north of Sycamore Road, east of Sunol Boulevard, and south of the Mission Park and Ventana Hills neighborhoods; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Pleasanton provided proper public notice of completion of the Draft Environmental Impact Report for the proposed project; and WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has responded to comments received on the Draft Environmental Impact Report; and WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has provided proper public notice of completion of the Final Environmental Impact Report for the proposal; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Pleasanton met on February 4, 1992 and held a public hearing upon the completeness and adequacy of the Final Environmental Impact Report in disclosing relevant environmental issues if the proposed project were to be adopted. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: The City Council finds, after having reviewed and considered the material in the Final Environmental Impact Report, that the Final Environmental Impact Report prepared is complete, sufficient, and acceptable for the project proposed. Section 2: The City Council finds that the Environmental Impact Report for the proposed project has been completed in compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act, and state and city Guidelines.
