CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 92-34 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION UPHOLDING THE APPEAL (AP-92-2) OF <br /> THE DECISION OF THE DESIGN REVIEW BOARD <br /> THEREBY MODIFYING THE APPROVAL OF CASE <br /> Z-91-226 AS CONDITIONED BY THE, DESIGN REVIEW <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of January 14, 1992, the Design Review <br /> Board conditionally approved Case Z-91-226, the <br /> application of Chris Beratlis for design review approval <br /> to allow the construction of a 542 sq. ft. single-story <br /> addition onto an existing 925 sq. ft. one-story building, <br /> located at 425 Main Street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is C-C (Central Commercial) - <br /> Downtown Revitalization District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, within the time specified by the Pleasanton Municipal <br /> Code, Chris Beratlis submitted an appeal concerning the <br /> parking requirements to the City Clerk of the City of <br /> Pleasanton; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held before the City Council on <br /> February 4, 1992, at which time all pertinent testimony <br /> and documents were reviewed; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council determined the parking condition should <br /> be modified. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Upholds the appeal (AP-92-2) of Chris Beratlis and <br /> modifies the Design Review Board approval of Case <br /> Z-91-226, by amending the parking condition (Condition <br /> No. 5), and the landscaping requirement (Condition No. <br /> 10), both as shown on Exhibit "A". <br /> <br /> <br />
