CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 92-33 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR THE APPLICATION OF CHRIS BERATLIS FOR REZONING AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL AS FIT~D UNDER CASE PUD-91-14 WHEREAS, at its meeting of February 4, 1992, the City Council received a proposed Negative Declaration for the application of Chris Beratlis for a 15-lot, single-family residential development on an approximately 8.9 acre site located at 10 Beratlis Place and to rezone the site from "A" (Agricultural) to the PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Low Density Residential District; and WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated November 13, 1991 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed rezoning and development plan; and WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed rezoning and development plan would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment; and WHEREAS, the City Council further finds that the proposed project will have no potential for adverse impacts on the site's wildlife; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for the application of Chris Beratlis for a 15-lot, single-family residential development on an approximately 8.9 acre site located at 10 Beratlis Place and to rezone the site from "A" (Agricultural) to the PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Low Density Residential District. Section 2: The City Council finds that the proposed project will have a de minimis impact on the site's wildlife.
