Resolution No. 92-32 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Denies Case AP-91-10, thereby upholding the approval of <br /> the Zoning Administrator of Case V-91-18, the application <br /> of Jess C. Spencer Mortuaries, Inc. for a variance to <br /> allow the construction of a building within the required <br /> 10 foot rear and front yard setbacks, and to allow the <br /> construction of a wood trellis within the required 10 <br /> foot rear yard setback for an approved mortuary building <br /> to be located at 4167 First Street, and adds a condition <br /> prohibiting left turns from the property by funeral <br /> processions. <br /> <br />Section 2: The City Clerk shall forward a certified copy of this <br /> resolution to the appellant with a notice that she has <br /> ninety (90) days following the date of adoption of this <br /> resolution in which to seek judicial review of this <br /> action of the City Council. <br /> <br /> Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON FEBRUARY 4, 1992 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Mohr, Scribner, Tarver, and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> Pegg~ ~/L~ E~zid~o~City Clerk <br /> APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br /> Michael H.
