<br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, ALAMEDA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 06-56 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE ENGINEER'S REPORT AND <br />LEVYING THE 2006-2007 ASSESSMENT FOR LIGHTING AND <br />LANDSCAPE DISTRICT 1993-1 (WINDSOR) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held before the City Council on July 18, 2006 on the <br />question of the levy of the proposed annual assessment for Lighting and Landscape <br />Assessment District No. 1993-1 (Windsor); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there were no protests regarding the proposed assessments; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br />Section 2: <br /> <br />Section 3: <br /> <br />The City Council confirms the Engineer's Report, a copy of which is attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />The City Council hereby levies the 2006-2007 annual assessments in connection with <br />Lighting and Landscape Assessment District No. 1993-1 (Windsor), as described in the <br />Engineer's Report. <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND REGULARLY <br />ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT A MEETING HELD <br />ON JULY 18,2006 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Councilmembers Brozosky, Sullivan, Thorne, Mayor Hosterman <br />None <br />Councilmember McGovern <br />None <br /> <br /> <br />A~"W- <br /> <br />Michael H.
