CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 92-25 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A REIMBURSEMENTAGREEMENT <br /> WITH PRUDENTIAL INSURANCE COMPANY OF AMERICA <br /> FOR EASTAMADORRELIEF SEWER IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in 1984, Prudential Insurance Company executed an <br /> agreement with the City in which the City agreed to <br /> create a reimbursement district for the East Amador <br /> Relief Sewer Improvements; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Prudential has constructed the sewer line and has <br /> requested that the City create the reimbursement <br /> district; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, notices were sent to all affected property owners in the <br /> proposed district; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of January 21, 1992, the City Council <br /> reviewed the report of the City Attorney (SR 92:31) <br /> regarding creation of the reimbursement district; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTONRESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council approves the Reimbursement Agreement <br /> with Prudential Insurance Company,' which creates a <br /> reimbursement district for the East Amador Relief Sewer <br /> Improvements, a copy of which Agreement is attached <br /> hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON JANUARY 21, 1992 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Mohr, Scribner, Tarver, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Butler <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> Pegg~ ~./~z~idro ,JCity Clerk <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />Michael H.
