<br />Ordinance No. 1937 <br />Page 6 of6 <br /> <br />would constitute a taking in contravention of the law. Any such hardship application <br />shall be first considered before the Planning Commission as an application for a <br />conditional use permit pursuant to Chapter 18.124 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code, and <br />upon the recommendation of the Planning Commission shall then also be considered by <br />the City Council pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 18.144 of the Pleasanton <br />Municipal Code. <br /> <br />Section 7: <br /> <br />A summary of this ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after its <br />adoption in The Valley Times, a newspaper of general circulation published in the City of <br />Pleasanton, and the complete ordinance shall be posted for fifteen days in the City <br />Clerk's Office at 123 Main Street, Pleasanton, within fifteen (15) days after its adoption. <br /> <br />Section 8: <br /> <br />This urgency ordinance shall be effective immediately upon adoption and shall extend the <br />existing moratorium for an additional twelve (12) months. <br /> <br />INTRODUCED and ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of City of Pleasanton on July <br />18,2006 by the following vote: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Councilmembers Brozosky, Sullivan, Thorne, Mayor Hosterman <br />None <br />Councilmember McGovern <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />~V{E~~Oif4~ <br /> <br />Michael H.
