CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 92-24 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION DENYING THE APPEAL OF THE CITY <br /> COUNCIL (CASE AP-91-14) THEREBY UPHOLDING THE <br /> APPROVAL OF CASE UP-91-80 AS CONDITIONED BY <br /> THE PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of December 11, 1991, the Planning <br /> Commission approved Case UP-91-80, the application of <br /> Richard Davis for a conditional use permit to construct <br /> a second residential unit within a portion of an existing <br /> detached garage located at 2283 Sea Eagle Court; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is R-1-6,500 Single-Family <br /> Residential District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, within the time specified by the Pleasanton Municipal <br /> Code, an appeal was submitted to the City Clerk of the <br /> City of Pleasanton; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held before the City Council on <br /> January 21, 1992, at which time all pertinent testimony <br /> and documents were reviewed; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council denies Case AP-91-14, thereby uphold- <br /> ing Planning Commission approval of Case UP-91-80, the <br /> application of Richard Davis for a conditional use permit <br /> to construct a second residential unit within a portion <br /> of an existing detached garage located at 2283 Sea Eagle <br /> Court. <br /> <br />Section 2: The City Clerk shall forward a certified copy of this <br /> resolution to the appellant with a notice that the <br /> appellant has ninety (90) days following the date of <br /> adoption of this resolution in which to seek judicial <br /> review of this action of the City Council. <br /> <br /> <br />
