CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 92-17 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AMENDING DESIGN GUIDELINES FOR <br /> CERTAIN LOTS IN TRACT6033 (GOLDEN EAGLEFARMS <br /> [PHASE III]) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of January 7, 1992, Council reviewed the <br /> report of the Director of Planning and Community <br /> Development (SR 92:26) regarding a request for policy <br /> direction to determine house sizes within Tract 6033, / <br /> especially on the twenty "impact lots" located on the <br /> upper bench; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The design guidelines for Tract 6033 are amended by <br /> deleting the term "medium", and for the twenty (20) <br /> impact lots, the following shall apply: <br /> <br /> "The structure, not including the garage, shall be 7,000 <br /> square feet or less; if the garage exceeds 800 square <br /> feet, then that excess footage shall count towards the <br /> 7,000 square foot number unless by the way the structure <br /> is designed, the excess footage is not visible." <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON JANUARY 7, 1992 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Mohr, Scribner, and Tarver <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: Mayor Mercer <br /> <br /> Pegg~{~..j/Ezidro, City Clerk <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />Michael H.
