Landscape and Lighting District 1993-1, Windsor Maintenance in this District includes masonry walls, trees, shrubbery, groundcover, and irrigation systems situated on the northeast side of Tapestry Way and Minton Court, Lot A in the northwest corner of the subdivision, and also Lot C in the southwest corner of the subdivision. The assessment for the corning year for District 1993-1 (Windsor) will be the same as last year, $269.62 per parcel per year. With a total of 90 parcels in the District, this year's total assessment will be $24,265.80. This amount will be sufficient to fund the maintenance of all common areas including water and electrical costs, County assessment fees, City administration fees and sets aside in a replacement fund sufficient reserves for the long- term replacement of plantings, irrigation systems, fencing, masonry walls, signage and other District improvements. The City bid the District maintenance project in June 2005, and received three (3) bids. The low responsive bidder was Del Conte's Landscaping, Inc. of Fremont, with a bid of $13,200 for the annual maintenance of the District.
