CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 92-09 <br /> <br /> RESOI/JTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION <br /> FOR THE APPLICATION OF JO~N CERRUTI FOR <br /> REZONING AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL AS <br /> FIIaEDUNDERCASE PUD-91-12 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of January 7, 1992, the City Council <br /> received a proposed negative declaration for the <br /> application of John Cerruti to rezone an approximately <br /> 1.84 acre site from Agricultural to PUD (Planned Unit <br /> Development) - Low Density Residential and for <br /> development plan approval to construct a two lot, single- <br /> family residential development located at 2818 Foothill <br /> Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial <br /> Study dated October 10, 1991 and received the <br /> recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the <br /> public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br /> environmental impacts of the proposed rezoning and <br /> development plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in <br /> accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines <br /> governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and <br /> Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed rezoning and <br /> development plan would not have any significant adverse <br /> effects on the environment; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council further finds that the proposed project <br /> will have no potential for adverse impacts on the site's <br /> wildlife; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTONRESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for the application <br /> of John Cerruti to fezone an approximately 1.84 acre site <br /> from Agricultural to PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Low <br /> Density Residential and for development plan approval to <br /> develop a two lot, single-family residential development <br /> located at 2818 Foothill Road, as filed under Case <br /> PUD-91-12. <br /> <br /> <br />
