CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 92-08 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AMRNDING THE LAND USE DESIGNATION <br /> OF THE GENERAL PLAN AS FILED UNDER CASE <br /> GP-91-6 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Krabbe-Osicki Partnership has applied to amend the <br /> Land Use Element designation of the General Plan from <br /> "General and Limited Industrial" to "Business Park" on an <br /> approximately 0.92 acre site; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the property is located at 7116 Johnson Drive; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Council received a recommendation from the Planning <br /> Commission for denying the project, but the Council has <br /> determined that the concerns of the Commission can be <br /> adequately mitigated by the adoption of Ordinance 1539, <br /> an ordinance to rezone the property to Planned Unit <br /> Development District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council determined that a Negative Declaration <br /> was appropriate for the proposed General Plan Amendment <br /> and adopted Resolution No. 91-191 approving the Negative <br /> Declaration; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on January 7, 1992 <br /> with respect to the General PlanAmendment at which time <br /> any member of the public was afforded the opportunity to <br /> address the City Council on said amendment; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council desires to make changes to the Land Use <br /> Element of the General Plan at this time as one of the <br /> four times during the calendar year such changes may be <br /> made; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this proposed General Plan <br /> amendment is consistent with the goals and policies of <br /> the General Plan. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council determines that this is one of the <br /> four times in 1991 that the Land Use Element of the <br /> General Plan may be amended as authorized by Government <br /> Code Section 65631. <br /> <br /> <br />
