CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 92-08 RESOLUTION AMRNDING THE LAND USE DESIGNATION OF THE GENERAL PLAN AS FILED UNDER CASE GP-91-6 WHEREAS, the Krabbe-Osicki Partnership has applied to amend the Land Use Element designation of the General Plan from "General and Limited Industrial" to "Business Park" on an approximately 0.92 acre site; and WHEREAS, the property is located at 7116 Johnson Drive; and WHEREAS, Council received a recommendation from the Planning Commission for denying the project, but the Council has determined that the concerns of the Commission can be adequately mitigated by the adoption of Ordinance 1539, an ordinance to rezone the property to Planned Unit Development District; and WHEREAS, the City Council determined that a Negative Declaration was appropriate for the proposed General Plan Amendment and adopted Resolution No. 91-191 approving the Negative Declaration; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on January 7, 1992 with respect to the General PlanAmendment at which time any member of the public was afforded the opportunity to address the City Council on said amendment; and WHEREAS, the City Council desires to make changes to the Land Use Element of the General Plan at this time as one of the four times during the calendar year such changes may be made; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this proposed General Plan amendment is consistent with the goals and policies of the General Plan. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: The City Council determines that this is one of the four times in 1991 that the Land Use Element of the General Plan may be amended as authorized by Government Code Section 65631.
