Attachment B <br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO.99_ <br />A RESOLUTION FINDING THE PROPOSED CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM FOR FISCAL YEARS 1999/2000 <br />THROUGH 2003/2004 CONSISTENT WITH THE PLEASANTON <br />GENERAL PLAN <br />WHEREAS, one of the duties of the Planning Commission is to investigate and make <br />recommendations to the City Council regarding the means of implementing <br />the General Plan so that it will serve as an effective guide for the efficient <br />expenditure of public funds relating to the subjects addressed in the General <br />Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, at its duly noticed public hearing of June 14,1999, the Planning <br />Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and <br />recommendations of the City staff concerning the proposed. Capital <br />Improvement Program for Fiscal Years 1999/2000 through 2003/2004. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. That the Capital Improvement Program for Fiscal Years 1999/2000 <br />through 2003/2004 as a whole and as individual projects is consistent <br />with the Pleasanton General Plan. <br />Section 2. The Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and <br />adoption. <br />
