Adopt the proposed Capital Improvement Program for fiscal years <br />1999/2000 - 2003/2004 as presented to the Council. <br />2. Appropriate the revenues and approve project expenditures for the <br />projects recommended for funding in fiscal years 1999/2000 and <br />2000/2001. <br />SLTNIlVIARY: Every two years the City Council adopts a Five Year Capital <br />Improvement Program to assure that infrastructure and capital <br />improvement needs are adequately addressed and planned. The proposed <br />Capital Improvement Program establishes a course of action to meet <br />improvement needs over the next five years. The first two years of the <br />program are recommended for funding.
