WATER <br />a FY 1999/00 <br />• Provide $1,450,000 over the five year term of the RFP for the repair and replacement of the <br />water infrastructure (page 62). <br />• $425,000 is proposed over the five yeazs of the program to address the need to replace <br />polybutylene piping at vazious locations throughout the City (page 62). <br />• Provide $1 million for rehabilitation of the Santos Road pump stations. This project will take <br />place over a three yeaz period commencing in FY 1999/00 (page 67). <br />• Provide $4,304,544 in lease payments for portions of the Operations Service Center and the <br />Sycamore Reservoir (page 65). <br />a FY 2000/01 <br />• $90,000 has been allocated to construct the high pressure water main from Montevino Drive to <br />Sauterne Way (page 71). <br />• $285,000 is allocated for the first two years of the CIP for the purpose of modifying water wells <br />to accommodate connections to the City's central computer. <br />SEWER <br />• Allocate $585,000 over the first three years of the program to the east Amador relief line pump <br />station project which is estimated to cost nearly $3 million (page 74). <br />• Provide $1,125,000 over the five yeazs of the program to address sanitary sewer main <br />replacements and improvements at various locations throughout the City (page 73). <br />• Provide $2,290,668 over the five years of the program to cover lease payments for the cross town <br />sewer interceptor project completed in 1996 (page 77). <br />• Replace the sanitary sewer on School Street for a cost of $37,500 (FY 2000/O1) (page 84). <br />• $167,400 is allocated to replace the sewer main on Rose Avenue (page 85). <br />xix <br />
