ASAN~ CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0.99-089 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A FIVE YEAR CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM FOR FISCAL YEARS <br />1999/2000 THROUGH 2003/2004 <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager presented a staff report (SR 99:175) to the City Council <br />outlining a proposed Capital Improvement Program for fiscal years 1999/2000 <br />through 2003/2004; and <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of June 22, 1999, the City Council reviewed the proposed Capital <br />Improvement Program and a public hearing was held to afford the public the <br />opportunity to comment; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1: The City Council approves and adopts the Five-Year Capital Improvement <br />Program for fiscal years 1999/2000 through 2003/2004, as set forth in Staff Report <br />99:175, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this <br />reference. <br />Section 2: Appropriates the revenues and approves project expenditures for the projects <br />recommended for funding in fiscal years 1999/2000 and 2000/2001. <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br />
