ENGINEER'S REPORT LIGHTING AND LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE DISTRICT NO. 1995-2, LAGUNA OAKS CITY OF PLEASANTON, ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Roger D. Higdon, City Engineer, Engineer for Lighting and Landscape Maintenance District No. 1995-2, Laguna Oaks, City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California. makes this report, as directed by the City Council, pursuant to Section 22585 of the Streets and Highways Code (Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972). The improvements which are the subject of this Report are briefly described as follows: The maintenance and repair of designated landscaped areas and open space areas. entry features, entry lighting, masonry soundwalls, wrought iron fences, common area drainage ditches, irrigation systems, trees and plantings in designated landscaped areas, furnishing of water and power for irrigation systems, street lights and pathway lighting, together with all appurtenant and incidental expenses within Tract 6266, City of Pleasanton. This Report consists of six parts, as follows: PART A- Plans and specifications for the improvements are filed with the City Clerk. Although separately bound, the plans and specifications are a part of this report and are included in it by reference. PART B - An estimate of the annual maintenance costs of the improvements. PART C - An assessment of the estimated cost of the improvement on each bene~ted parcel of land within the Assessment District. PART D - A statement of the method by which the undersigned has determined the amount proposed to be assessed against each parcel. PART E- An assessment diagram which shows each parcel of real property within the assessment district. This diagram is keyed to Part C by assessment number. Respectfully submitted, Roger D.
