ENGINEER'S REPORT <br /> LIGHTING AND LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE DISTRICT <br /> NO. 1995-2, LAGUNA OAKS <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON, ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> Roger D. Higdon, City Engineer, Engineer for Lighting and Landscape Maintenance <br /> District No. 1995-2, Laguna Oaks, City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California. makes this <br /> report, as directed by the City Council, pursuant to Section 22585 of the Streets and Highways <br /> Code (Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972). <br /> <br /> The improvements which are the subject of this Report are briefly described as follows: <br /> <br /> The maintenance and repair of designated landscaped areas and open space areas. <br /> entry features, entry lighting, masonry soundwalls, wrought iron fences, common <br /> area drainage ditches, irrigation systems, trees and plantings in designated <br /> landscaped areas, furnishing of water and power for irrigation systems, street lights <br /> and pathway lighting, together with all appurtenant and incidental expenses within <br /> Tract 6266, City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> This Report consists of six parts, as follows: <br /> <br /> PART A- Plans and specifications for the improvements are filed with the City <br /> Clerk. Although separately bound, the plans and specifications are a part <br /> of this report and are included in it by reference. <br /> <br /> PART B - An estimate of the annual maintenance costs of the improvements. <br /> <br /> PART C - An assessment of the estimated cost of the improvement on each bene~ted <br /> parcel of land within the Assessment District. <br /> <br /> PART D - A statement of the method by which the undersigned has determined the <br /> amount proposed to be assessed against each parcel. <br /> <br /> PART E- An assessment diagram which shows each parcel of real property within <br /> the assessment district.
