<br />Resolution 06-040 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />Section 5: In case of a tie vote at the November 7,2006 election, a special run-off election is <br />ordered as follows: <br /> <br />The special election must be held on a Tuesday, not less than 40 days nor more <br />than 125 days after the certification of the November 7, 2006 election which <br />resulted in the tie vote.
