ENGINEER'S REPORT <br /> OAK TREE FARM <br /> LANDSCAPE AND LIGHTING MAINTENANCE DISTRICT, 1994-1 <br /> <br /> (Pursuant to Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972) <br /> <br /> Roger D. Higdon, City Engineer, Engineer for Oak Tree Farm Lighting and Landscape <br />Maintenance District, 1994-1, City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, makes this report <br />as directed by the City Council, pursuant to Section 22585 of the Streets and Highways Code <br />(Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972). <br /> <br />The improvements which are the subject of this Report are briefly described as follows: <br /> <br /> The maintenance and repair of designated landscaped areas, open space slopes. fuel <br /> transition zones (fire breaks), entry features, open space drainage ditches. irrigation <br /> systems, trees in the open space and designated landscaped areas, and the furnishing of <br /> water and power for irrigation systems, together with all appurtenant and incidental <br /> expenses within Tract 6563, and parcels B and C of Parcel Map 6259, City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />This Report consists of six parts, as follows: <br /> <br />PART A- Plans and specifications for the improvements are filed with the City Clerk. <br /> Although separately bound, the plans and specifications are a part of this report <br /> and are included in it by reference. <br /> <br />PART B - An estimate of the annual maintenance costs of the improvements. <br /> <br />PART C - An assessment of the estimated cost of the improvement on each bene~ted parcel <br /> of land within the Assessment District. <br /> <br />PART D - A statement of the method by which the undersigned has determined the amount <br /> proposed to be assessed against each parcel. <br /> <br />PART E- A diagram showing all of the parcels of real property within this assessment <br /> district.
