This section of Clara Lane is only a one lane traffic accommodation for the
following addresses: 751 Clara Lane, 837 Clara Lane., and 865 Clara Lane.

The portion of Clara Lane Extension which is sited to have construction trucks and traffic to begin development of the Hatsushi
property is in NO WAY capable of handling the amount of traffic that will include large trucks such as dump trucks, cement
trucks, delivery trucks, etc.

Clara Lane Extension has not been paved to date, and even when it is paved it will only be approximately 3 inches of asphalt.
As you know this is only sufficient for light traffic and is currently a dead end street.

It makes more sense and logic to use Vineyard Avenue/Montiveno as an access to the Hatsushi development site. In the
original specific planning, the access was never to include Clara Lane.

In addition, it is our hope that you will take in consideration our privacy and quietness. For the past two years we have had to
contend with the noise, dust, dirt, mud and construction of the newly built housing development on lower Clara Lane.

Respectfully submitted,

Frank & Lillian Jardin

./21/2006
