<br />Commissioner Fox requested that staff look into traffic issues with respect to Montevino Drive, <br />speeds, and cut-through traffic. <br /> <br />Commissioner Roberts noted that it was a very steep street, and braking was required all the way <br />down. <br /> <br />Ms. Decker noted that staff would include these concerns in the staff report, or in Matters <br />Initiated by Commission Members. She added that the design guidelines would return to the <br />Commission and acknowledged that the Commission was very concerned about them. <br /> <br />Commissioner Roberts suggested that a photo montage be created for Lot I3. <br /> <br />Commissioner Pearce liked this project, which was appropriate for the area, but was very <br />concerned about the traffic and the EV A.
