<br />f. Clean all on-site storm drains at least twice a year with one cleaning immediately <br />prior to the rainy season. The City may require additional cleanings. <br /> <br />g. Regularly but not less than once a month, sweep driveways, sidewalks and paved <br />areas to minimize the accumulation of litter and debris. Corners and hard to reach <br />areas shall be swept manually. Debris from pressure washing shall be trapped and <br />collected to prevent entry into the storm drain system. Wastewater containing any <br />soap, cleaning agent or degreaser shall not be discharged into the storm drain. <br /> <br />h. Vegetated swales with grasses shall be mowed and clippings removed on a regular <br />basis. <br /> <br />Wording for the agreement shall be submitted to the City Engineer and the City Attorney <br />for review and approval before the recordation of the first final subdivision map. <br /> <br />< End > <br /> <br />SR 06:159 <br />Page 20 of 21 <br />
