'-- '-- ATTACHMENT 13 Kazuo Hatsushi 2756 Vineyard Avenue Pleasanton, CA 94566 November 21, 2005 To Our Neighbors: As you may know, our parents, Kazuo and Takiko Hatsushi, have plans to develop their property into custom home lots. A neighborhood meeting was held on Saturday, NOl/ember 19, 2005, and we wish to thank those who were able to attend the meeting. We were pleased that our neighbors overwhelmingly plan to support the application for the subdivision. ThE.re will be a second neighborhood meeting on December 3,2005 at 9:30 a.m. at 2770 Vineyard Avenue. Our parents' home is located on Montevino Drive, even though it has a Vineyard Avenue address. If you were not able to attend the meeting this past weekend, or should you have more questions or comments, you are cordially invited to attend. We are enclosing a copy of the application, as well as a diagram showing the lot locations, ingress and egress into the development, elevations, and landscape. As we informed you earlier, the application pertains to the development of lots only, and anyone wishing to build a home must go to the City for approval as to size, height, design, color, and so forth. Only four lots will be developed in the foreseeable future. The application will go before the Planning Commission as a work session on December 14, 2005. You should receive a written notice from the City in advance of the meeting. If you cannot attend the meeting at my parents' home, or cannot attend the meeting before the Planning Commission, please consider filling out and signing the enclosed position statement. Your opinions are very important. A self-addressed, stamped envelop is enclosed for your convenience. We look forward to seeing you on December 3, 2005.
