EXHIBIT B Payment Schedule 1. Comueusatiou. A. CITY shall pay CONSULTANT for structural, life safety, architectural and! or Title 24 energy plan review services rendered in accordance with the percentage of the plan review and hourly rates stated in this Exhibit. CONSULT ANT shall submit invoices, not more often than once per month, based upon the work completed. CONSULTANT shall be paid an amount for each full plan review project equal to fifty-five percent (55%) of the plan review fee collected by the City of Pleasant on. Plan review includes a first review of a complete set of all plans and documents submitted by a building permit applicant and a subsequent review of any additional submitted material from a building permit applicant based on comments generated by the plan reviewer during the first review. Revisions, additional plan reviews beyond the second review and other all other plan review services including non-permit fee projects will be billed on an hourly rate of eighty seven dollars and fifty cents per hour ($87.50/hour). There is no over-time rate associated with this Agreement. Other payment schedules may be considered at the sole discretion of the CITY or if the CITY changes its collection method or fee schedule or if requested by the CONSULTANT and agreed to be the CITY. B. The CITY shall pay CONSULTANT for on site plan review services which include all infrastructure to be constructed outside of buildings between the building foundation and the property line rendered in accordance with the percentage ofthe plan review and hourly rates stated in this Exhibit. Consultant shall submit invoices, not more often than once per month, based upon the work completed. CONSULTANT shall be paid an amount for each full onsite plan review project equal to thirty percent (30%) of the plan review fee collected by the CITY for non National Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) onsite plan reviews and forty percent (40%) when NPDES is a requirement ofthe onsite review. A full plan review includes the first review ofa complete set of all plans and documents submitted by the building permit applicant and a subsequent review of any additional submittal material from a building permit applicant based on comments generated by the plan reviewer during the first review. Revisions, delayed submittals and additional plan review beyond the second review and other non- permit fee projects will be billed on an hourly rate of$87.50 per hour. There is no over- time rate associated with this Agreement. Other payment schedules may be considered at the sole discretion of the CITY or if the CITY changes its collection method or fee schedule or if requested by the CONSULT ANT and agreed to be the CITY. C. The CITY shall pay CONSULTANT for plumbing, mechanical, electrical and! or fire sprinkler plan review services rendered in accordance with the percentage ofthe plan review and hourly rates stated in this Exhibit. For plumbing, mechanical, electrical and! or fire sprinkler plan review services rendered the CITY shall pay $87.50 per hour.
